Delete quotations

Quotations can only be deleted, if they have the status "In progress". These are requests that either have not been submitted or have not yet been submitted to the purchaser. The following scenarios are possible:

  1. A quotation can be "In progress", if the deadline for a quotation round has not yet passed. In this case, it is still being processed.

  2. A quotation can also be "In progress", if the deadline for a quotation round has already ended. In this case, the quotation was created within an expired round, but has not been sent.

In both scenarios a deletion is in principle possible.

 

Once a quotation has been submitted, it can only be revised and resubmitted, provided that the request is in an "Ongoing" status. This means that the submission deadline for this quotation round has not yet ended. The deletion of quotations that were sent within ended quotation rounds is no longer possible. In both cases, the status of the quotation is "Submitted".

To delete a quotation, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the desired request and switch to the tab "Quotations".

  2. In the listing, find the quotation with the status "In progress" and then click on the garbage can button on the right

  3. Confirm the deletion first and the quotation will then be deleted.
